More Details: This 23" Expandable Steel Spring Baton is black in color. It comprises of a 3 section steel spring with an expandable baton. This baton can compact up to a length of 9" and expand back to the length of 23". For a better grip, the handle of the baton has a rubber covering over it. It also has a wrist snap with a pouch for added convenience.
