More Details: This Army ROTC Private Epaulets (pair) is a replica military epaulet. The epaulet bears the US Army ROTC private insignia in gold coloration over a black back drop. Epaulets were generally worn in the field but nowadays these are more common on dress or ceremonial uniforms. These come in a set of two. These can be decorated on civilian clothing that has been derived from military uniforms such as the trench coat, the safari jacket and other garments provided with shoulder straps.
