More Details: Officially licensed by the US Army, this Army Strong Fixed Blade has an overall length of 10.3", a handle length of 4.6" and a blade length of 5.7". The U.S. Army Strong Fixed Blade Knife w/Sheath weighs 8.3 oz without the sheath and the packaging box. The handle has been made with Kraton and Pommel while the blade has been made with black coated 1070 high carbon steel. The blade has ''UNITED STATES ARMY EST. 1775'' and an image of the eagle and US Flag on its one side. This blade includes a nylon sheath which is MOLLE compatible and can be used on the belt or leg as well. It also has a removable pouch for a small folding knife or sharpening stone. The knife has been made in Taiwan while the sheath is China made.
